We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a customer service coordinator. This position is vital to ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, addressing their needs, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and assisting with general questions.
Reach out to leads and potential customers to provide additional information, answer questions, and guide them through purchasing.
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues professionally and on time, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into sales, meeting, and exceeding sales targets.
Update and maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, interactions, and feedback.
Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
Ability to effectively address and resolve customer concerns or complaints. Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
Must be highly organized and attentive to detail to maintain accurate customer records.
Eligible for paid time off after 6 months of employment.
