The one time I complained about an inadequate cleaning I was given a discount on my next appointment and the problem I complained about has not recurred. The one time some damage was done in the house due to cleaning, the service was very good about paying for and rectifying the error”

I was a little skeptical at first because the cleaners were much younger then cleaners I’ve hired in the past. But they did above and beyond my expectations! they cleaned all my dishes when I did not ask. (which was a wonderful surprise) They were so polite and careful in my home to not knock anything over or bump my furniture which had been a huge problem with my last cleaners.
